Universities use Researchfish to track the outcomes of research and evaluate and articulate the impact of their research portfolio. The Researchfish analysis project saw the ground-up development of a web-based data analysis and visualisation tool to explore Researchfish data.
The Researchfishing tool has been built from the ground up by the SRSG. The project was commissioned by Dr Gemma Fitzsimmons, Head of Research Information and Systems, and Professor Mark Sullivan, the Associate Dean for Research in FEPS. The project will unlock the potential of the Researchfish data for identifying impactful research which may be submitted to the REF or KEF exercises.
